I love to share food: with my family, friends and patients. Food is more than just fuel for this exquisitely designed human body that we inhabit; it is also medicine, culture, and love. I believe that within each of us is the wisdom to nourish ourselves and our loved ones, we’ve simply lost touch with this wisdom over time due to the rise of industrialized foods. Join me as we rediscover real, whole food, and explore simple, delicious and nutritious meals.
